Cooling-off window
Once live, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed licensed content.
After 14 days
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the cooling-off window. Partial credits may be offered for prolonged outages under our control.
App store purchases
Store purchases follow Apple or Google refund rules.
How to request a refund

- Include your order ID and reason.
- We aim to respond within five business days once billing is live.
