Plan prices on the homepage are informational. No charges are processed through this website today. When payment options launch, this policy will apply to purchases of 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year subscriptions.
Cooling-off window
Once payments are live, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed licensed content (for example, extensive qbank sessions or bulk textbook access beyond a brief evaluation).
After 14 days
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the cooling-off window because digital content access begins immediately. Partial-term credits may be offered at our discretion for prolonged service outages under our control.
App store purchases
If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their refund rules apply. Request those refunds through the store that processed your payment.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@medmaktab.com from the account email used at purchase.
- Include your order or license ID and a short reason.
- We aim to respond within five business days once billing is operational.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Plan changes
Upgrades and renewals will be documented at checkout. Unused time on an active shorter plan may be credited toward a longer plan when self-serve upgrades ship.
